Champagne Louis Barthélémy
This cuvée is a tribute to Bacchus, the god of wine who, according to mythology, fell madly in love with a beautiful nymph called Améthyste. Sadly, Améthyste was transformed into a stone whose colour matched that of Bacchus' favourite wine by the goddess of chastity, Diane. Fresh yet rich on the palate, with a fine and persistent mousse.

Drappier
As the name says, no dosage – no liqueur d'expédition (sugared liqueur) has been added. All that remains is the natural residual sugar (about 2g per bottle). Also, the absolute minimum quantity of sulphur allows the wine to express itself. Ruby gold colour, with coppery reflections. Aromas of citrus and red fruits. Ample palate of vine peaches and aromatic herbs. Lightly spicy notes. The original Champagne, a natural pleasure.

Red Wine
Did you know that at Paradisi you can find 128 red South African white wines? Yes, that’s right… ranging from Cabernet Sauvignon, to Merlot, to Syrah, to Cabernet Franc, to Grenache, to blends and combinations to…!
Every week and weekend a bottle of wine is open for tasting, and we regularly hold tasting evenings – subscribe to our mailing list if you would like to be kept up to date.
White Wine
Our favourite white grape is Viognier, a grape with unknown origins.
In 1965, it was almost extinct! Fortunately it is now grown all over the world, in sunny places, and is made into a white wine with character.
Its aromas encompass white peaches, apricots, violets, almonds, honey, pears and exotic fruit.
Rose Wine
It is just about time to no longer think about rosé wines, as we head into deep autumn and winter.
Rosé wine is produced from black-skinned grapes which are crushed, and then the skin is left in contact with the juice for a short period only.
Rosé wines are delicious on summer days, and a wide variety of grape and quality are available.
